Pastor Drew Rogers

Pastor Drew Rogers grew up in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and moved to Rogers City in 2005. A graduate of Rogers City Baptist Academy and Hyles-Anderson College, he has served at RCBC in several roles and became Pastor in June 2022.

Kara Rogers grew up in Howard City, studied at Ferris State and Pensacola Christian College, and has served at RCBC as a teacher and Kid’s Club leader.

Drew and Kara serve together with their four children—Tucker, Quinn, Duke, and Ella—and welcome you like family at RCBC.

Pastor Jack Powless

Jack Powless serves as a Pastor at Rogers City Baptist Church, supporting the pastoral team and helping lead in discipleship, outreach, and spiritual growth. A graduate of Hyles-Anderson College, he has served in multiple ministries at RCBC since 2022 and joined the staff full-time in 2025. His areas of ministry include youth, administration, counseling, outreach, and maintenance.

Jack and his wife, Brianne, have been married since 2022 and have two children. A guiding verse in his ministry is Proverbs 3:5–6, trusting the Lord to direct his path for God’s glory.

Meghan Bayliss

Meghan Bayliss serves as a teacher at Rogers City Baptist Academy, investing daily in the hearts and minds of her students. A 2024 graduate of Hyles-Anderson College with a degree in Secondary Education, she joined RCBA in 2025 and is passionate about helping students grow academically and spiritually.

She enjoys reading and spending time with family. Proverbs 22:6 guides her teaching, reminding her of the eternal impact of Christian education.
